Q: What are 3D's Pralines?    
A: 3D's Pralines are a delicious caramelized pecan treat made from an authentic Louisiana recipe. Our pralines are freshly made to order, ensuring that they are of the highest quality.    

 

Q: What is 3D's Pralines Ready to Eat?    

A: 3D's Pralines Ready to Eat are pralines that are already made and ready to ship, deliver, or pick up. Ready to Eat Pralines can be shipped the same day or the next business day.  Ready-to-eat pralines are limited in flavors and nut options. If you combine 3D's Ready to Eat with any other products, your order WILL NOT QUALIFY for same-day or next-day shipping, delivery, or pick-up. Your order processing time will be 3-7 business days.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?    
A: Our products are freshly made once orders are placed, so processing time is generally 3-7 business days. Please note that this does not include major government holidays.    

 

Q: Can I order online and pick up at a local event?

A: Yes, click on our event tab to see where we'll be. You can also follow up on our social platforms. Start your online order. At checkout click pick Up and choose the event you would like to pick up at. Date and time of the event will be visible. You can place a local event pick up order up to 72 hours before that event date. If orders are not picked up we'll contact you to arrange delivery, pick-up or shipping options. *Additional fees may apply.

Q: Are there any special instructions for storing my pralines?    
A: To guarantee freshness, pralines should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two  to three weeks. For long-term storage, they can be placed in the freezer for up to six months.

 

Q: How are orders shipped?
A: We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

Q: What happens if my package is delayed or lost during shipping?
A: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to COVID-19, weather, or any other circumstances beyond 3D's Pralines control. We are also not responsible for packages that are returned undelivered, lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. All shipments does include insurance. You can file a claim with postal service.


Q: What if my order is incorrect or the item is defected?    
A: If your order is incorrect or the item is defected, please contact us right away at 512-666-8325 or info@3dspralines.com. Please include photos or screenshots of the product within 24 hours of delivery for us to better assist you.


Q: Do 3D's Pralines products contain nuts or dairy?    
A: Yes, all of our products contain nuts and some contain dairy. Please be sure to check the ingredient list before purchasing if you have any allergies.    
   
Q: Are 3D's Pralines products gluten-free?    
A: We cannot guarantee that our products are completely gluten-free as they are made in an environment that also handles gluten. Please check the ingredient list and contact us if you have any questions.


Q: Are 3D's Pralines safe for children to eat?    
A: While our pralines are made with high-quality ingredients, they do contain some small pieces that could be a choking hazard for young children. We recommend adult supervisions when children are eating our pralines.
